  • Built and deployed a boutique public access computer system, complete with self-service touch screen ticketing kiosks, user/client computer display board system, secure reboot and restore client computers.

  • Built a standalone RESTful API service to process library user authentication requests over the web.

  • Connected internal software services with third party API’s.

  • Adapted modern web-based technology to connect and communicate with legacy library software.

  • Modified main library management software by creating ease of use interfaces to increase staff workflow and productivity.
